- 3 clovesGarlicsliced
- 1 tspChili flakes
- 2 tinsCannellini beansdrained
- 250 mlStock
- 1 bagSpinach
- 1Lemon
- to serveParmesan

Warm the garlic and chili in the oil until fragrant, not brown.

Add beans and stock, mash about a third against the pan to thicken it.
